They bought a stake of 51% of an existing sofa factory in China by a group of investors from Hong Kong added. This is the starting point of the Decoro. The Italian businessman who soon realized that this little work would be able to accommodate his great vision. He immediately had to clarify the problems in the small factory. One of the first steps was to bring a trusted team of management and to reorganize the workforce. So they started to experienced production managers and designers recruit. Their hard work was fruitful. Decoro's first collection came up in late 1997.
